A) Report as not spam<\/h3>\n\n

If you don’t find any emails from STRTGY in your inbox, check your Gmail Spam folder. If you should find one of our emails, mark the email as “Not Spam” by doing the following: <\/p>\n\n

  1. Open the email, <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. near the top of the screen, click on the alert button, labeled “Report as not spam”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    B) Create an automatic archive with a filter<\/h3>\n\n

    Once found, to ensure you continue to receive our emails, create a filter:<\/p>\n\n

    1. Open the email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click on the button with the three dots in the upper right corner (More), to reveal a drop-down list of choices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click on Filter messages of this type<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click on the Create Filter button to open the settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. From the next menu, check these options<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      1. Under “Apply Category:,” in the drop-down menu that will open next to it, select Main<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click on the blue Create Filter button, to save your settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Great! Now you will always see STRTGY in your main inbox tab! <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        Instructions for Gmail Mobile<\/h2>\n\n

        If you are using the Gmail app on your cell phone, please open the app now to follow the steps more easily.<\/p>\n\n

        If you do not see an email from STRTGY, check your Spam folder. Once you find the email: <\/p>\n\n

          \n
        1. open the email and tap on the icon with the three dots<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. select “Change labels…”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. check the box next to Inbox<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. click OK to save the settings<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

          Can’t find our emails in your Spam folder?Check your “Promotions” tab in Gmail. <\/p>\n\n

          Once you find our email:<\/p>\n\n

            \n
          1. Tap the menu in the upper right corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Then select Move to.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Main selection from the list<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

            This should help Gmail know that you always want to see STRTGY in your main inbox tab!<\/p>\n\n

            Instructions for Apple Mail App<\/h2>\n\n
              \n
            1. Open the Mail application and go to the Mailboxes screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Scroll down to the folders area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Select the undesirable folder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            4. Find the email from STRTGY and scroll to the left to see the options.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            5. Click on Other<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            6. Select Move In<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            7. The message will be moved to your main mailbox. Subsequent messages from STRTGY will no longer be marked as junk. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

              Instructions for Yahoo!<\/h2>\n\n
                \n
              1. Move the mouse over or tap the “gear” icon in the top right navigation bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Select Settings from the list that comes down.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. Choose Filters located on the left side of the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              4. Click the Add button on the Filters page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              5. Create a name such as Whitelist in the Filter name field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              6. In the From field, select contains:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              7. Enter our address e-mail:@strtgy.design in the text box that says “Type a filter value”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              8. Under “Choose a folder to move to,” select folder: Inbox.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              9. Click or tap Save…<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              10. There! We’ve done it! <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

                Outlook.com (includes “Hotmail,” “Live,” “Windows Live,” and “MSN”)<\/h2>\n\n

                If you find our email in your spam folder, you need to click on the “Wait it’s safe” link.<\/p>\n\n

                Did our first email land in your inbox? <\/p>\n\n

                Add us to your secure list using the steps below:<\/p>\n\n

                1. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of your browser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. Select View all Outlook settings at the bottom of the settings panel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                3. Click on Junk mail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                4. Navigate to “Safe Senders and Domains” and press “+ Add.”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                5. Type the email address @strtgy.design in the text box and hit enter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                6. Click Save in the lower right corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                7. Great! STRTGY will now be added to your list of safe senders. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
