Hey, happy Monday!Good to see you back in the 174 note! This week was physically and intellectually demanding because I traveled a lot: from Florence to Turin, for the first BACKSTAGE<\/a> of Q2, then Milan, Brescia and finally to Florence to get my thoughts in order. <\/p>\n\n

3. What happens when you use RICE to prioritize the backlog.<\/h2>\n\n

RICE is one of the most widely used backlog prioritization systems, and it is primarily used by product managers to identify activities with the greatest product impact. However, it is not a framework I am particularly sympathetic to. <\/p>\n\n
