Driven by enthusiasm, he ventured into a double flip: translating the concepts to educate the team and adopting them on his own. Unfortunately, things did not work out.  <\/p>\n\n<p>As <strong>the company grew<\/strong> in revenue and number of customers, so did entropy due to the speed of execution and the launch of new projects and experiments without a system to understand what really contributed to growth and what could be eliminated to free up time.  <\/p>\n\n<p><em>&#8220;We had 3 different business models to coordinate and different products.
