Hey, how are you doing with the 2024 strategy?<\/p>\n\n

Good intentions are not the strategy<\/h2>\n\n

  1. establishing S.M.A.R.T. goals. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. increase sales<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Improve cash flow management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Enhance digital and social media presence<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. increase productivity<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. develop communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. delegate more<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. find a business partner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Devote time to professional development<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. reduce the environmental footprint<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    These good resolutions apply to everyone, therefore to no one.<\/strong> I collected them in dozens of calls between December and January from entrepreneurs and managers responding to my request to describe their strategy.<\/p>\n\n

    Good resolutions do not really reflect who we are<\/strong>, but are more in line with what we think society, family or the people around us expect of us. If your goals are also so vague<\/em> they will probably be abandoned before February. <\/p>\n\n

    Strategy is the DNA of enterprises <\/strong>and, as in the human body, describes its identity: what<\/em> it is and what it is not<\/em>. <\/strong>It collects precise instructions that enable anyone to be autonomous while remaining integrated into the system. <\/p>\n\n

    Goals related to one’s identity <\/strong>are those with the highest probability of being achieved.<\/p>\n\n

    We do not achieve goals because we have decided them,but because we would not be ourselves if we did not.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
