A Google Docs sheet, a standard template in a free MailChimp account, a landing page with a form. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">90,000+ words later, STRTGY has become <\/span><b>a large executive team<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with 3,000+ leaders who decided to work in a radically different way.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I wouldn&#8217;t know if it&#8217;s the greatest of anything: of Italy, of Europe, of the World? It matters little. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What matters is that its mission has not changed: <\/span><b>To give leaders back time to think about strategy.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We all have the same 24 hours. And because you are leading a team, engaged in an important mission, your time needs to be respected and protected. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That is why, next to each note, the average reading time is always indicated-you decide whether or not to invest, or not, the most precious coin you have.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The new design was rethought thanks to everyone&#8217;s valuable feedback. It has been   <\/span><b>optimized the readability of information<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The contents will be <\/span><b>shorter but denser<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  and accompanied by links that you can consume throughout the day. That is why I suggest you move the note to the section   <\/span><b>Main<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of your email program or Gmail account and to click on the \u2606 so you can keep our emails handy when you need them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Many of us read the<\/span><b> STRTGY Notes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  early in the morning or in the evening before closing the day. The layout has now also been refined for those who have set their device in the   <\/span><b>dark mode<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> so that you can protect yourself and others from the light of the screen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each block of information is color coded and refers to the 4 levels of the <\/span><b>STRTGY Maturity Index<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #3bd23d;\"> \u25cf People<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #009ccd;\">\u25cf Processes<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff7477;\">\u25cf Products<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #ff48b0;\">\u25cf Profits<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you don&#8217;t know them yet, don&#8217;t worry, they will soon become familiar. Each note will be thematic and you will recognize it, before you open it, by the color of a simple emoji in the subject line. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That&#8217;s pretty much all there is to know about the new layout. I hope you like it. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Probably some corners will need to be smoothed, and something in the code will need to be fixed, remember to leave feedback when you read it, it matters a lot to me.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the meantime, I leave you with the content that is the real reason you are here.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have a wonderful day!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Always Make Progress!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff7477;\">\u25cf Products \/ B2B SaaS on TikTok<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Time is like a treadmill. <\/span><b>The future surely comes even if you are not prepared<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and you cannot lower your speed to gain room to maneuver.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The most innovative companies and especially those that have products that we can call <\/span><b>distruptive<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, know this metaphor so well that they build their growth strategy on it. <\/span> <\/p>\n<p><b>And how do they practically do that?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They make their product become <\/span><b>the fundamental habit of future decision makers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and they do this while building the product itself.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As opposed to companies that bring solutions to the market <\/span><b>established<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> trying to immediately sell the finished product to decision makers before a competitor does. <\/span> <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The last example is that of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.notion.so\/\"><b>Notion<\/b><\/a><b> which has just reached 10 Billion in valuation.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From 2012, the year of its founding, to today, Notion is truly delivering on its promise to become <\/span><b>the only workspace for all teams<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, especially the teams of the future!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>And who are the team members of the future?  <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kids going to college today.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>And where do they spend most of their time?<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  On TikTok &#8211; Kaboom!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Try taking a look on TikTok at the hashtag #notion. At the time of writing, it has 82+ million views. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The most recurrent video goes like this: &#8220;<\/span><b>Last week. What is Notion? <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  &#8211; Detachment &#8211; Screen shot on the computer showing a perfectly organized life in tables, lists, checklists and dashboards.&#8221;  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An army of future professionals who organize their days today, between tasks and training, but who will <\/span><b>tomorrow will be the distributed workforce of corporate teams of all sizes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Of course, Notion is already ready to enter the enterprise, especially with the recent release of the API and acquisition of Automate.io, an Indian alternative to Zapier, which enables integrations with more than 200 other services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Probably someone in the company is already using it without your knowledge&#8230;.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As has already happened with Slack or MailChimp&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Does it sound familiar?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This category of products that are used in a carbonara fashion on the periphery of the organization by top nerds looking for a more efficient way of working. The experience is so positive that gradually the tool is adopted by more and more people until it is necessary to upgrade to a premium license. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sales teams do nothing more (so to speak) than look at data, particularly account populousness and activity, to intercept ready-to-buy customers partly because it would be more inconvenient for the organization itself to switch to a new tool than to accept the upgrade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>What is needed to implement this strategy?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Valuable features available for free<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ease of adoption (sign up to first success)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ease of deployment (team onboarding)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Community Club building<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff7477;\"><b>\u25cf LINKS.  <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udd25 What you just read is the Reverse Funnel strategy.
