And doing it with those you love is the most important thing. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But let me share the stages of another journey, which is not yet over, and that is that of the <\/span><b>STRTGY Meeting<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> which on Monday, July 12 at 6:30 p.m. will have another important stage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have already talked about <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/strtgy.design\/evento\/strtgy-meeting-7-influencer-marketing-redefined\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Influencer Marketing<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, about <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/strtgy.design\/evento\/strtgy-meeting-8-come-prosperare-nel-caos-con-giuseppe-stigliano\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Business Strategies<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/strtgy.design\/evento\/strtgy-meeting-9-ogni-parola-conta-con-francesco-morzaniga\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strategic Copywriting<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/strtgy.design\/evento\/strtgy-meeting-10-design-driven-innovation-con-mauro-porcini\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Design Driven Innovation<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and \ud83e\udd41 next Monday we will talk about Leadership.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Of a particular kind of Leadership, the kind that is needed at this particular moment in history, Gentile Leadership.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"fasc-button fasc-size-medium fasc-type-flat fasc-ico-before dashicons-email-alt\" style=\"background-color: #ffe900; color: #000000; font-size: 1.1em; padding: .8em;\" href=\"https:\/\/strtgy.design\/evento\/strtgy-meeting-11-il-potere-della-leadership-gentile-con-giampaolo-grossi\/\">STRTGY Meeting No.11 with Giampaolo Grossi &#8211; RSVP<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Who do you need to build the future?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We know that if we put our minds to it we can do things faster and better than our team could do them. But doing so would not build the future, you would probably solve a problem, overcome an obstacle, but you would not build the future. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To build the future <\/span><b>it takes people<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And people are the basis of everything.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also of our <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/perch%C3%A9-%C3%A8-impossibile-innovare\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">STRTGY Maturity Index<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, but this is a story you have already heard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What doesn&#8217;t emerge from charts, frameworks, management books&#8230; <\/span><b>is love.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Love for people.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Love for people who decide to follow the leader.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Because without people the leader would not be a leader.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And without love he would not be able to do this:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 1.4em; line-height: 1.4em;\">&#8220;[&#8230;] to better profuse your goals, which must become theirs. You have to offer more sharing, because you need everyone.&#8221;<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These are not my words, these are the words of Giampaolo Grossi, Starbucks Italy&#8217;s Employee No. 1 and General Manager, who <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/strtgy.design\/evento\/strtgy-meeting-11-il-potere-della-leadership-gentile-con-giampaolo-grossi\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">you will have the opportunity to meet<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Love vs. Profit<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When campaigns go wrong, the agency tells you it is &#8220;branding.&#8221; Some things simply don&#8217;t have the return we expect. &nbsp;  \u00af\\_(\u30c4)_\/\u00af<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But love, which to be true you have to build on respect, sincerity, vulnerability &#8230; is an asset with a sure return.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It may seem at odds with the annual budgets, the goals to be achieved, the economic targets, yet there is love behind the extraordinary results.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Think about it&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is no denying the deep love for Design of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/strtgy.design\/evento\/strtgy-meeting-10-design-driven-innovation-con-mauro-porcini\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mauro Porcini<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  who stayed an extra hour to answer all questions. To his love for the planet, which in business is called &#8220;sustainability,&#8221; and which drives PepsiCo&#8217;s innovation projects. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Or to that time you may have turned down a better paying job for the love of yourself, your family, your challenge.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>The strategic importance of kindness<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kindness seems like a common thing. Often, however, it is just professionalism. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Professionalism occurs when there is bureaucracy, and bureaucracy feeds in the fertile soil of fear and distrust.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There is not much arguing these days in the office, on the other hand, with much professionalism, they invite you to politely follow the procedure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can hear it right away from the vocabulary that people in the company use.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some people call people &#8220;resources&#8221; because they are closely linked to the income statement and their own performance. And what is the opposite of resource? Disadvantage, debt, cost&#8211;you never want to be one.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some instead call them &#8220;functions.&#8221; Until &#8230; they no longer work. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are no leaders in these circles because no one has decided to earn leadership.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are those who can manipulate, but not influence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To have leadership you have to be competent, no doubt about it.
