With more than 13 years of experience at Leroy Merlin, Serena Sammarco Victoriano has developed cross-functional skills in human resources management and development, as well as strategic project implementation. After dedicating herself to HR recruitment, training, and administration as HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition, she took the lead role for the Agile transformation of the South Conquest Zone in 2023, concurrently obtaining certification as a Professional Coach (ASSO.CO. PRO).
In 2024, Serena was appointed Business Strategy Execution Leader for Leroy Merlin, tasked with defining, implementing, and monitoring strategic business and market challenges nationwide, particularly for the Central-Rome and Sicily-South ZDCs. Her responsibilities include coordinating a functional operating model, aligning business priorities and achieving business objectives. Passionate about coaching and innovation, Serena lives in Puglia, Italy, where she balances her family and passion for the sea with her evolving career path.
