Hey, happy Monday!

Super quick: This weekend I worked with some of you on some new things.

A new tool available for you.

I conducted a few interviews within the community and found that, in general in this 2020, but especially in these last closing days of the year when calendars become dense with appointments and emergencies are the order of the day, if something is needed then surely that something is time and focus.

So I decided to share with everyone a simple tool that allowed me to better organize my days and write more than 49,000 words, organize 6 events and conclude 4 editions of our accelerator program.

On Wednesday lunchtime, if you would like, you are invited to attend a small meeting to introduce you to this simple tool, explain how to use it, and collaborate with your feedback on the next iteration.

A this link there is more information and the form to register.

Obviously extend the invitation to anyone you think might find the topic useful.

STRTGY Alumni Network

In a few days, the 4th edition of the Design STRTGY for Business Innovation Program and I must confess that I feel truly honored to have had the opportunity to work with each of the professionals who took part.

Some have already been able to effectively put into practice what they learned in the 4-week intensive, while others are slowly experimenting with integrating the techniques into their current operating model.

Everyone will become part of the STRTGY Alumni Network, a working group reserved only for those who have already attended the Program and who can now actively collaborate and further increase the impact on their business.

I look forward to telling you about the progress and upcoming initiatives that will arise and would be happy if you would consider joining the group.

That’s all for this week, hope to see you on Wednesday and in case, be sure to register here.

Good work!

Those who grow do three things differently: they separate current management from strategic exploration, they establish a weekly learning cycle that transforms evidence into action, and they reduce the complexity of metrics to three interconnected levels that describe product, impact, and profit.
