Hey, happy Monday!

This note is worth its weight in gold!

It is amazing what happens when the community comes together!

“The best Zoom call I have ever participated in!” – Paul Borzacchiello

Last Monday was great and I was looking forward to writing to you to make the content of the meeting with Paolo Borzacchiello available to you all.

I don’t want to add more meat to the fire beyond the 40-minute live show that is already dense with useful information for improving interactions with other humans like us-not just clients and colleagues but also the people we care about.

(The material is not edited in any part, I just removed the Q&A with Paul which remains a privilege of those who attend our meetings live)

I would like to take this opportunity to anticipate that I am organizing a Zoom meeting to show how work is going on the “Official STRTGY Guide to Implementing OKRs.” Much work has been done since the day of the announcement, the framework is now complete and battlefield tested several times.

This meeting will be very operational and will be dedicated only to those who, by completing all registration steps, have demonstrated a real interest in ‘adopting the methodology and a concrete desire to learn how to implement OKRs quickly and with few mistakes.

I will reserve as much time as necessary for the Q&A to be sure to include answers to the most important questions in the final draft of the operations manual.

And… I almost forgot to mention that everyone who actively participates will be mentioned in the final acknowledgments (as well as receive extra materials, tools, training in advance).

👉 If you would like to participate in the live show I will announce tomorrow and are not yet on the waiting list, you can do so by visiting this page (remember to complete all steps).

It is good to grow together!

ALWAYS MAKE PROGRESS
-Antonio

Those who grow do three things differently: they separate current management from strategic exploration, they establish a weekly learning cycle that transforms evidence into action, and they reduce the complexity of metrics to three interconnected levels that describe product, impact, and profit.
