Hey,

Tell me if this happens to you.

Why in case participate this workshop Will solve the situation. It always works. There is also a warranty!

I was saying, tell me if it happens to you, too?

You arrive at the office with clear ideas of exactly what to do.

Because it’s Monday.

Because you want to start the week with everything in place to make it a success.

With the task list not being empty for once but containing just the right amount of things to do.

With the fires all tamed thanks to the fact that you still decided to open the computer over the weekend. Just briefly.

What happens, though, is that 40 minutes from the time you get on the computer they start inviting you into unscheduled calls, asking you to solve problems that are not yours…

To suddenly realizing that part of your team is stuck waiting for useless feedback that you hadn’t remotely anticipated having to give.

But how is this possible?

As if someone threw a smoke bomb on the desk and ran away….

Suddenly fog. No visibility on priorities.

You navigate notes on slips of paper hoping not to forget anything and get through the day unscathed.

Tomorrow will start uphill….

When I have days like this I collect all the notes and take some time to figure out exactly what happened and ask myself the most important question….

Which of all the things I did had a direct impact on the growth of my project, my enterprise?

Mmhmm…

Perhaps I should rather ask myself what has impact and what does not?

So how do I make sure that my to-do list is aligned with the only goals that matter?

More importantly, how do I make sure that my team also has this clarity?

I realized that what I lacked was to represent visually and in a simple way the engine of my growth.

What were the only gears I had to work on.

Which ones I should have eliminated instead to make the machine so simple that it would not need maintenance.

I also realized that the only low beams, the ones that pierce the smoke and let me see the road accurately without going off the guardrail are the numbers.

I then drew my North Star. I have made it so brilliant that at any time, to anyone, you just need to lift your head and know exactly which direction to go.

But if you ever did that as a child, looked for it in the sky, even on those cloudless nights when it should be easy, you will know that it is virtually impossible to spot the North Star without connecting other bright dots with your finger, at least the two basic constellations.

You have to draw the big bear first.

Then the minor one.

Then you draw a line between the two.

And, no matter where you are in this hemisphere, you will always be able to orient yourself.

Without Google Map.

Without business intelligence. Without SAP. Without Accenture.

Without the coach to psychoanalyze you.

You will always know which is north.

You will know exactly which direction to go.

Your reference constellation is simple.

It’s a handful of cells in the Spreadsheet that you have bookmarked.

It is the leading and lagging metrics that with a line connect to North Star.

The only number that matters.

I could recommend many books. Not about astronomy of course. Like this one by Sean Ellis, or this article, also his, in which he explains what the North Star Metric.

I could fill you with links and send you wandering around the Web making you feel overwhelmed with information that you won’t know when to read or when to apply to your business.

Or we could work together.

I, you, and other professionals who would like to join the The Growth Machine Workshop.

90 minutes is enough.

The excuse of not having time does not hold up.

Here is the plan.

  1. Go to this page and secure your spot on one of the available dates.
  2. Within minutes you will receive access to the Learning Center with 3 short videos that will help you prepare material for the live work session.
  3. Watch the videos and download the workbooks. Arriving with a bit of information ready will help you get the most out of your time together and get a greater amount of feedback.
  4. Come to the workshop and let’s fix your Growth Machine

Those who have done so have achieved:

  • A crystal-clear vision of one’s strategy.
  • Understanding what metrics to look at to see if it is going in the right direction.
  • The ability to be able to say no to distractions, that is, to all those activities that blatantly do not contribute to improving any gear.
  • Increased speed and accuracy in prioritization.
  • A team that finally knows what to do and no longer needs babysitters.
  • Writing OKRs 10× faster (for those who use this management technique, you don’t have to and it is not required, but if you want to, know that you will save a lot of time with this exercise)
  • Feedback and support from other participating professionals

In addition to:

  • Access to preparation sessions and workbooks.
  • The recording of the session
  • Team Focus Planner (the version of the Focus Planner specifically designed to align the work of teams)
  • The template for plotting the North Star Metric
  • The template for writing the OKRs

Those who attend the workshop also benefit from a full refund guarantee.

If you have taken part in the workshop properly prepared and despite working together you feel that you have wasted your time, just raise your hand and I will refund 100% of your PASS immediately.

The next session is already Tuesday the 9th.

And I look forward to working with you on the gears of your new Growth Machine.

See you soon
