Hey, happy Monday!

These days I receive so many Out of Office messages, and this fills me with joy. It means that we have started living again.

Wherever you are remember that at 6:30 p.m. today, July 12, 2021, we have an important appointment with Giampaolo Grossi, General Manager of Starbucks Italy.

If it is also time for you to inspire the people who work with you every day to achieve ambitious and necessary goals, you cannot miss it.

It will not be a monologue. The STRTGY Meeting never have been. If you wish, you can turn on the microphone and ask your questions yourself.

It works like this:

  • The Zoom room only accepts 100 participants, so you must register now.
  • You will receive the link to connect 30 minutes before the event.
  • I recommend that you click now and take your place in the waiting room.
  • At 6:30 p.m. sharp I will click on “Admit all” and we will start working together.

Here are the topics we will cover together:

  • The path that led Giampaolo to work at Starbucks.
  • What it really means to work at Starbucks
  • How the Starbucks project in italy came about, what it consists of and how it will evolve (and what we can learn)
  • What is gentle leadership. What it consists of practically and how it translates into everyday life
  • How can this kind of leadership be introduced into the company without making mistakes
  • Q&A

STRTGY Meeting No.11 with Giampaolo Grossi – RSVP

You could read these things from books or watch YouTube videos.

But here at STRTGY we learn only from the best, from real experiences.

If, as I think by the mere fact that you are reading this email, you have decided to change things, it is important to be there tonight.

Welcome to the team.

Good work!
Make yourself heard.

Those who grow do three things differently: they separate current management from strategic exploration, they establish a weekly learning cycle that transforms evidence into action, and they reduce the complexity of metrics to three interconnected levels that describe product, impact, and profit.
