Hey, happy Monday!

You’re reading the summer version of the famous 1,000-word newsletter that reaches the mailboxes of more than 1,600 professionals every Monday at 7:00 a.m. who want to innovate by working first on strategy, then on execution because it’s at that moment of transition that most good ideas get lost, and like so many odd socks, they get put in the corner of the drawer waiting for their mate to appear or we take a few turns to throw them away when we realize that this is not good enough.

You can access the complete archive of all STRTGY Notes click here.

If you’d like to take it for a spin and share it with your team, your bosses, your clients, or your competitor 🙂

It will be quite a journey

It all started in January, just before the pandemic, and note by note, subscriber by subscriber, we became witnesses to the strongest strategic acceleration we could imagine.

People, Processes e Products, the foundations of our businesses, today need to be completely realigned to a new world where time and geography are no longer a limitation and physical contact is more of a threat than an opportunity.

These 3P have become the keys to understanding why some teams are successful in developing and bringing innovative projects to market while for others innovation systematically fails.

At this link, which points to the file section of our STRTGY Community, you can download our proprietary framework, the STRTGY Maturity Index, which will allow you to rank your organization (or that of your client/competitor) based on these three dimensions and figure out, based on your answers, whether it is an organization:

  • Statics
  • Responsive
  • Proactive
  • Innovative

It will take you no more than 120 seconds to complete the exercise by connecting the dots, I am sure you will recognize yourself in one of the 4 types.

If you would like, feel free to share the result or just give me feedback, in a short private call between you and me and figure out how STRTGY can help you evolve into the next stage.

Here you will find my schedule, choose the slot most convenient for you.

I would be really happy to meet you.

Next steps

Soon the meetings with all members of the community will return, our STRTGY Meetings. I will share the schedule in the coming days, keep an eye on the email.

If you have never attended one, physically or virtually, know that these are very operational meetings, that unlike the other live ones, here you always take home something practical that you can implement immediately in your business.

Some of them we also recorded and are available here, always within the Community.

Acceleration program

Open only to 10 professionals selected, the Design STRTGY Program for Business Innovation, and is built to bring design rigor to even complex innovation projects and guide Business, Design and Technology teams in the most important transformation: becoming Human Centred and Design Driven.

I wish you were one of them.

One of the new emerging leaders, the kind that no MBA yet seems able to train.

It is a challenging program because it is LIVE. Twice a week, your colleagues and I will connect in a private room on Zoom and go through all 8 sessions of the program.

It is the only one of its kind to combine OKRs, Job-to-be-done, Design Sprint with precision and in operational sequence.

If you want:

  • Give more value to your team and your customers
  • Streamline and give structure to creative processes
  • Intervene early when the project is off-track
  • To become the strategic point of reference for business, designers and engineers
  • Start that new innovation project off on the right foot

I recommend that you join the waiting list to retain, without commitment, a higher priority when enrollment opens and access exclusive content.

Reimagine what is possible to do!

Good work!
Make yourself heard.
