Hey, happy Monday.

OKRs are an open source methodology, so everyone, over time, has created their own secret recipe that they do not want to reveal.

If you notice, in fact, your LinkedIn feed proliferates with posts and carousels with the benefits that come with them and that someone has already achieved. But no one explains how to do it.

I have been able to discover by interviewing dozens of community members and clients that most OKR consultations end up providing information on theory, but fail to move to practice.

Imagine how you would feel if your OKR coach asked you, after starting the stopwatch, “so tell me, what are your company’s priorities?”

Pardon?

If they had been clear enough, you would not have needed counseling!

To paraphrase a famous saying, it is as if they ask to borrow your watch to tell you what time it is and then send you the bill!

When I founded STRTGY I told myself that if even one community member, or one customer, felt that way I would shut down the project the next day!
